Here’s a nice video with some fitness testing of the US Women’s National Team and a peak at their gym training protocol. I’ve met Dawn on a couple occasions and have been impressed by her monitoring and fitness protocols…especially given the constraints of being a national team fitness coach. The US girls are consistently among the fittest in the world.
