To play off of Mike’s post?earlier this month, here is another nice warmup video. This one is from Arsenal. This short warmup consists of various locomotive work and changes of direction dynamic in nature. A general concept to remember in any warmup is to work from general to specific.?What I didn’t see here that would be a nice addition to this warmup are some faster accelerations. Accelerations at or near game speed during this type of warmup are very specific and can help ensure athletes are primed and ready for the game.
