Real Madrid Pre-Champions League Final Warmup

In May of this year I received an invite to make a club visit to Real Madrid where I was able to meet the staff, talk shop with Jack Naylor (@JackWNayler), and observe the team’s final hard practice before the Champion’s League final against city rival?Atl?tico Madrid. As most know, they won 4-1 in extra time despite both Ronaldo and Bale coming in to the game as questionable with lingering injuries.?I shot some videos of the warmup and the fitness work done with some of the injured players.?The total general warmup time lasted about 10 minutes. The session duration was about 90 minutes. Here’s the warmup video.
