Here’s a cool video of the All Blacks in a gym session. Obviously not soccer but relevant nonetheless. This is the type of intensity and structure that I think is needed in most soccer gym programs. Basic exercises performed well with appropriate use of bands and technology. Nothing overly gimmicky or ‘sport specific’ and nice power development means and methods while in-season (the session occurred just prior to taking on Welsh).
